Instead of hiring separate contractors, lawyers, and agents, we handle your entire property journey seamlessly from A to Z under one roof.
2. What is included in your renovation packages?
All of our high-rise and terrace packages (starting from RM11,700) are fully inclusive of deep general cleaning, electrical wiring checks (including the DB box), plumbing maintenance, and a 6-month workmanship warranty.
3.How does AHSIP Group ensure my property transaction is legally secure?
Integrity is our absolute core strategy. We ensure all documentation strictly complies with the Contracts Act 1950 and the Civil Law Act 1956. Furthermore, we mandate that all tenancy and purchase agreements are officially stamped via LHDN Stamp Duty within 30 days to ensure they are fully enforceable in court.
4. We utilize a highly transparent, 4-stage payment structure based on actual construction progress:
  • 40% Initial Deposit upon signing the contract to mobilize materials.

  • 40% Stage 1 Progress payment after major structural/wet works are completed.

  • 15% Stage 2 Progress payment after cabinetry, electrical, and plumbing fittings are done.

  • 5% Final Balance upon site cleaning, defect rectification, and official key handover.

5. How does your Sublease / Rental Management model work for owners?
We offer a Long-Term Lease Model (minimum contract of 2 years). AHSIP Group absorbs the hassle of daily management, pays you a guaranteed rental stream to eliminate vacancy risks, handles minor maintenance, and legally protects your asset.
